This could be a few things.

First, check that you entered the correct email when you set up up the account, or when you entered a new email address

If the email was correct, you should go to your email client and check your spam folder for emails sent from “DoNotReply@pinkaloo.com” with the subject line “Confirm Your Email Address | ‘Domain Name’ Modern Giving”

If the email entered was incorrect, you should go into the settings and update your email.

After typing in your correct email and pressing “save” an email verification should be sent out.
